Normally we do not offer any discount coupons for the first order, but you can apply for your next order if its product amount is above US$5,000.

8. Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. If the jewelry we have come close to meeting your needs, we can modify the length or change the style as you like. Please let us know your requirement, we may be able to help.

P.S: Customized jewelries cannot be returned.

9. What is your guarantee and return policy?

Pearl love Jewelry strives to provide the finest quality jewelry products at the lowest wholesale prices. We guarantee every item we sell 100%.

But If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request.

The shipping and handling charges are not-refundable. In addition, Customs duties must be deducted if any Customs duties happen. When you return any item, please send an e-mail to us firstly to indicate your order/item number, the reason for the return, then you get our return address. Once we receive & check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.

You can choose to deliver the goods back by express or other delivery method; And You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. For more details, please refer to our Return & Guarantee.
