Our Return Policy & Guarantee
Pearlove are providing consistent quality of products. We always try utmost to offer client best quality in same price range, and lowest price with same quality. We make every effort to give each item on our webpage as more information or description as possible. And we use safe, quick and traceable shipping method.
However, nobody can always make a profit on every item. This is the non sugar-coated reality of buying and selling. Colors will vary according to monitor settings as well. Goods might break during delivery by chance.
Though returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for both of us, we do take returns on most items. We accept returns of unsold, unworn, "like new", resalable merchandise. Every client should contact us by Email, phone or fax, within 7 business days after the receipt of your package for returns or exchange. Any returns exceeding the time limited or without contacting us will not be accepted.
The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced:
A) For any reason of returns, no credit will be given for shipping;
B) Customized goods, special selling goods, discount jewelries are not returnable.
C) Goods should be returned with its original packing and tags.
D) Customs value must be deducted from the refunding amount if cost by returning.
E) We are not responsible for any lost or misdirection of returns.
F) The refund will be issued within 2 business days after we get the returns.

You can return any items with the packing, invoice and so on within 1 week upon reception if you are not completely satisfied (excluding the freight charge).
We have made our best efforts to accurately display the colors of our products; however the actual color you see will depend on your monitor that may not be accurate.

I wish we could, but no one could make this promise. How could any legitimate/sane wholesaler guarantee that? The merchandise you select and your marketing strategy is your area of responsibility, What we can do utmost is that we will try our best to meet your request; but whether products will be popular in your market is another story of your local station.
